The Story Of This Design - Not Just A Pretty Picture
Navajo Triangle was inspired by a Navajo weaving workshop in New Mexico and is part of the Abiquiu Collection. Triangles combine to create a stripe pattern full of texture and incredibly versatile. Use alone or as part of a pattern group. Kristen designed the Abiquiu Collection after a trip to New Mexico, where she took a Navajo weaving workshop. The trip included a tour of Georgia O’Keeffe’s home in Abiquiu, followed by three days of learning to weave at Ghost Ranch. The experience of weaving in this stunningly beautiful landscape left her inspired to design a collection based on the shapes, colors, textures, and weaves that surrounded her.
